Terms and Conditions

All Farrah products are hand made from high quality leather. Each one is an individual and unique product. As such, your Farrah item might differ slightly from the photos on the website.

Sometimes, slight imperfections in may be visible in the grain of the leather - it is made of skin, after all. Many of these will be 'buffed out' with use. Occasionally, slight staining where water has been used to soften and mould the leather during production might be visible. This will disappear over time. These marks are indicative of the handmade nature of the product.

As Farrah products are generally made to order, there may be a lead time of up to two weeks before your order is shipped. You will receive an email from us when it's on the way.

Farrah products are built to last for many, many years with the proper care. Treating leather products with a leather conditioner, (we recommend Dubbin) assists to protect them. In the unlikely event that your Farrah product wears or breaks, please contact us through farrah.com.au to arrange a solution. All workmanship and manufacturing is guaranteed.

All orders that ship to an Australian address will include GST. Orders outside of Australia do not include GST, however, import and tax fees may apply depending on where you live and what your final destination address is. Fees and taxes vary within each country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Returns and Exchanges

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us with the understanding that some restrictions apply.

We reserve the right to repair or replace any item depending on the situation.

Shipping costs are not refunded.

Items that have been used, worn or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange. If you believe the item has been damaged during shipping, please let us know within 3 days and we will do everything we can to assist. Please include images of the damaged item. Every item we put in the post is packaged securely and will be in pristine, untouched, unused condition.

We will accept returns if we are contacted within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

All return packages must be sent via registered post.

Shipping costs for returns will not be covered by us.

If the product you wish to exchange for requires additional charges, you will be contacted with the details of the payment options available to you.
